It is nestled on rolling hills with asmall lake at it's front. The community is situated off SouthCobb Drive and Highlands Parkway. There are 193 homes; inside unitsare one car garage while the majority of end units have 2 car garagesand priced in the low $200's for the one car garage to the mid toupper $200's for the end units with two car garages. All the fronts arebrick and the end units are brick all round...a plus considering theprice range. What makes this community a"BEST VALUE"commuinity, in my professional opinion is that there it has had very few foreclosures in Highlands View, homeowners have some equity and there is no othertownhome complex with more private wooded backs.Highlands View has one of the largestarray of floorplans I have seen, and I have seem most all the townhomecommunities around the atlanta metro area. The Community Home OwnersAssociation fees are, as of this blog, $158 a month and include water,sewer, trash, grounds maintenance, pest control, a truly private pool and pool house nestled into the hillside.It even has a small park adjacent to the community lake. The SilverComet Trail is approximately a mile walk, jog or bicycle ride away.There are tree lined sidewalks with street lights almost the entirelength between the community and the Silver Comet trail.
